I'm Fahad Rahman, a Montréal-based software developer, entrepreneur and content creator, and the founder of Always Booked, a web studio that builds websites, marketing systems and AI automations for local businesses.
I studied computer engineering at Concordia, then got tired of watching great local businesses lose online to competitors with better marketing. So I combined full-stack development, AI automation and performance marketing into systems that bring in leads, follow them up automatically and convert them.
Away from the keyboard, I host brand photoshoots and creative events across Montréal, and I document the whole journey of building businesses on Instagram and YouTube as @realfahadrahman.

Every project is scoped and quoted individually, because a one-page site for a contractor and a full booking system for a clinic aren’t the same job. After a quick call I’ll give you a fixed, written price — so you know exactly what you’re paying before anything starts.
Most small-business sites go from kickoff to launch in about 2–3 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we get content and feedback. Larger builds with automations and integrations take a bit longer. You’ll get a clear timeline in your quote.
Often, yes. If the foundation is solid we can redesign, speed it up, and add automations without starting over. If it’s holding you back more than it helps, I’ll tell you honestly — and either way you’ll get a straight recommendation, not a sales pitch.
